Clay & Ember products are handcrafted in limited batches. Each piece is made to order using ceramic, solid wood, and stainless steel. Because of this process, extended production timelines apply.

Production Timeline

All Colorado and Ember Collection products are made to order.

Please allow 60 to 90 days for production prior to shipment.

This timeframe allows for:

• Ceramic forming and curing

• Kiln firing

• Wood finishing

• Assembly

• Quality inspection

Production time begins once payment is received.

Shipping Timeline

Once your order is completed:

• You will receive a shipping confirmation email

• Tracking information will be provided

• Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the United States

Shipping time is separate from production time.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund.

After 48 hours, production begins and cancellations may not be possible.

Clay & Ember is not responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses.
